Nuestro proceso orgánico, inicia con la siembra y la selecta cosecha en el Valle de Amatitán Jalisco, dentro de la denominación de origen, después de la jima, cocemos las piñas con vapor en horno de piedra volcánica, el jugo se fermenta de manera natural y la destilación se cuida con detalle por nuestro equipo de Maestros.
Our organic process, starts with the planting, sowing, tending and select harvesting in Amatitan, Lowlands of Jalisco, within the denomination of origin; after the jima, the core “piñas” are baked in volcanic stone oven, the juice is naturally fermented and the distillation is taken care in detail by the hands of our team of Tequila Masters.
